Sibalay festival starts at the eleven of December at Nabunturan Compostella Valley Province. All Barangay in Nabnturan starts the construction of their best kubo design at the national highway. People are awesome, streets are awesome everything is awesome. That's why I LOVE NABNTURAN. lezzgoooooo!!!
